Full day excursion on a 'motu'
The favorite activity, whether you visit or live there, is to go by boat on a motu! There are several providers who can offer you boat trips to the other small islets that form the Rangiroa atoll, which in Polynesia are called motu. Depending on the places predestined for visits, you can contact your excursionist and ask for their schedules, prices and destination.
The Blue Lagoon, the Pink Sand Beach, the Reef Island are the three most visited places in Rangiroa.
To plan during your day of excursion: there will be a lot of sun during the trip, it is therefore strongly recommended that you equip yourself with a good sunscreen or a suitable hat. A midday meal is often offered in the package, so you can concentrate on your walks and various activities to do during the day.
